SPENCER – Lexi Baehr scored 23 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Spencer girls basketball team to a 48-30 nonconference win over Pittsville on Monday night at Spencer High School.
Baehr made 11 of 14 free throws and scored nearly half of the Rockets’ points in the victory.
Spencer is now 5-2 overall and sends Pittsville to its sixth-straight loss to start the season.
Courtney Buss added nine points for Spencer.
Spencer hosts Loyal in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division matchup Thursday at 7:15 p.m.
