GREENWOOD – Ten games, 10 wins for the Marshfield Columbus Catholic boys basketball team.
The Dons routed Greenwood 74-39 on Thursday at Greenwood High School, improving to 10-0 overall and 6-0 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division. Greenwood falls to 2-6 and 1-4 in the conference.
Hunter Schultz continued his torrid offensive run with a game-high 30 points for the Dnos. Tyler Fuerlinger added 18 points in the win.
The win sets up a battle of Cloverbelt East undefeated teams on Tuesday when Columbus Catholic hosts Loyal (8-1, 5-0 Cloverbelt East) at 7:15 p.m. The game will be broadcast on WOSQ-FM 92.3 and wdlbwosq.com.
