ANTIGO – Emma Haugen was third in two events and finished fourth in the all-around for Marshfield at the Antigo Maroon Gymnastics Invitational on Saturday at Antigo High School.
Haugen was third in the balance beam (9.35) and the floor exercise (8.65) for the Tigers, and finished fourth in the all-around (33.1) despite a fall on the uneven bars that led to a 13th-place finish.
Marshfield placed third as a team with a score of 127.875. Manitowoc’s Brynn Tackett won all four events and the all-around title (36.35) to help the Ships to the team title with 131.3 points.
Macey Smith finished sixth in the vault, tying Haugen with an 8.5, and Isabelle Jensen was sixth in the floor exercise (8.425) as well for Marshfield.
The Tigers host Ashland on Thursday in a Great Northern Conference dual meet.
