GREEN BAY – The 2017 WIAA State Girls Basketball Tournament was held Thursday, March 9, through Saturday, March 11, at Resch Center.
Five divisional champions will be crowned on March 11 as play concludes.
All of the games will be broadcast live locally on WAOW-TV 9.
Cloverbelt Conference East Division co-champion Loyal won the Division 5 title in its first-ever state appearance. The Greyhounds (25-4) came back from a 13-point second-half deficit to beat Milwaukee Academy of Science (23-5) 74-61.
