MADISON – The 2018 WIAA state boys and girls hockey tournaments was held Thursday, March 1 through Saturday, March 3, at the Alliant Energy Center.
In a battle of Big Rivers Conference rivals, Hudson routed Eau Claire Memorial 7-1 to win boys state title for the second-straight year and fourth time overall.
In the girls game, the Eau Claire North Co-op topped the Sun Prairie Co-op 3-1. It was North’s first state tournament appearance.
