WESTON – Marshfield competed in the Wisconsin Valley Conference Girls Tru-Team Track & Field Meet on Tuesday at Stiehm Stadium at D.C. Everest High School, placing fourth.
Wausau West edged Stevens Point 704-703.5 for the team title. Marshfield was fourth with 475 points.
The Tigers had seven individual top-five finishes, including a win from Meg Bryan in the triple jump (35 feet, 8¾ inches).
Bryan also took second in the long jump (16-10½) and Gracie Holland was second in the pole vault (10 feet) for the Tigers.
Nadia Ougayour took fourth in the discus (120-1) and fifth in the shot put (31-8), Kaydee Johnson was fifth in the 200-meter hurdles (31.32 seconds), and Sophia Schrodi took fifth in the 3,000 meters (11:53.40) for Marshfield.
Marshfield will compete at the Merrill Invitational on Friday.
