MARSHFIELD – Emily Draeger went 4-for-4 and Jenna Jakobi drove in four runs to lead the Marshfield softball team to an 11-1 win over Tomah in a nonconference game Friday at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.
Marshfield scored all 11 runs in the final three innings, scoring six times in the bottom of the fifth to end the game via the 10-run rule.
Megan Donahue added three hits and scored three times, Morgan Nordbeck and Taylor Barwick each had two hits, and Draeger and Amari Lloyd both had two RBIs for the Tigers (13-3).
Kate Konrardy earned the pitching win, allowing just two hits in five innings with no walks and four strikeouts.
Marshfield is off until Thursday when it plays a Wisconsin Valley Conference game at D.C. Everest, then travels to Escanaba, Mich., for a tournament on May 11-12.
