Marshfield had two players selected to the 2018 All-Wisconsin Valley Conference Baseball Team, as voted on by the seven conference coaches.
Marshfield junior shortstop Ryan Krueger was a second-team selection, and junior third baseman Isaiah Baierl earned honorable mention status.
Krueger led the Tigers in batting, hitting .382 (13 of 34) in conference play, finishing eighth in the WVC.
Baierl hit .286 (10 of 35) with a team-best 10 RBIs in WVC action for Marshfield, which finished 3-9 in conference play.
Stevens Point’s Cole Wright was named Player of the Year after batting .452 with three home runs and 20 RBIs for the conference champions.
