MARSHFIELD – Nadim Torbey scored four times, three in the first half, to lift the Marshfield Columbus Catholic soccer team to a 6-0 shutout of Stevens Point Pacelli in a Central Wisconsin Conference match Thursday at Griese Park.
Torbey finished off the hat trick in the opening half as the Dons (6-1, 4-0 CWC) built a 5-0 lead.
Kellen Delaney scored first for the Dons in the 11th minute, snagging the rebound on a shot that hit the post.
Torbey hit on a header from about 15 yards away on a centering pass from Zach Olson 10 minutes later, and less than 5 minutes after that, Olson scored on an assist from Dylan Porter to make it 3-0.
Torbey connected on goals in the 31st and 38th minutes to make it 5-0 by halftime, then added another goal for good measure 10:50 into the second half.
Kellen Heinzen and Wyatt Drexler split time in goal for the Dons, each totaling two saves.
