COLBY – Stratford drained 10 3-pointers and held Colby to just 13 points in the first half as it rolled to a 70-47 victory in a nonconference boys basketball game Monday night at Colby High School.
The Tigers improve to 10-0 this season, while Colby is now 2-7.
Vaughn Breit led Stratford with 13 points and seven rebounds.
Eleven different Tigers scored in the victory, with seven players making at least one 3-pointer.
Branden Ackley made three shots from long range for his nine points for Stratford.
Stratford’s next game is Friday at Auburndale. Both teams are unbeaten at 7-0 in the Marawood Conference South Division.
