Columbus Catholic girls basketball dominates Granton

GRANTON – Addie Baierl scored 19 points and Maren Seefluth added 16 points to lead the Marshfield Columbus Catholic girls basketball team to a 65-32 victory over Granton on Thursday night at Granton High School.

The Dons pulled out to a 15-point lead by halftime and cruised to the win by outscoring Granton 38-20 in the second half.

Columbus Catholic is now 10-6 overall and 6-5 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division, while Granton falls to 1-13 and 0-10 in conference play.

Hailey Roehl, Katie Hall and Erynn Meece each chipped in six points for the Dons.

Columbus Catholic now has a week off before playing at Gilman on Friday, Jan. 25.
