STRATFORD – The Stratford STAR Men’s Basketball League continued play Sunday, Jan. 20, with eight games in two divisions.
Here is a look at the results:
A Division
*Success Realty edged Nutz Deep II/Stoney Acres Brewery 64-61. Luke Olson had 25 points and Cain Trunkel added 22 for Success Realty in the win. Nate Lehman led Nutz Deep II/Stoney Acres with 17 points.
*Jake Scheppler poured in 36 points to lead Oil Exchange and Auto Repair to an 81-38 rout of Kakfa Forestry. Blake Lehman topped Kafka with 13 points.
*Quality Roofing whipped Colby 82-56. Chris Murphy had 30 points and Lucas Kramer added 22 for Quality Roofing. Matt Karl led Colby with 31 points.
*Colby Chrysler topped the century mark in a 113-58 rout of Wausau Tech. Joey Northup had 26 points and Kyle Davis scored 21 for Colby Chrysler. Brendan Fecker had 23 points of Wausau Tech.
B Division
*STAR slipped past Stratford Sign Company 56-44. Matt Haehlke had 15 points for STAR. Nolan Bargender led Stratford Sign with 14 points.
*Sauter Rembs Funeral Home beat LJ’s Sport Zone 64-41. Mike Reimer, Rob Strenn and Jeremy Bulgrin each had 14 points for Sauter Rembs. Alan Kieffer led LJ’s with 10 points.
*Resource Recovery knocked off Lob City 43-39. Joel Christopherson had 20 points for Resource. Dylan Hauke had 11 points for Lob City.
*Wis-KY Basketball beat No Limit 54-37. Keith Clater had 21 points for Wis-Ky. Mike Pankratz led No Limit with 12 points.
