PARK FALLS – The Stratford girls basketball team pushed out to a 22-point halftime lead and cruised past Chequamegon 66-32 in a Marawood Conference crossover on Friday night at Chequamegon High School.
Stratford (13-5, 12-2 Marawood South) dominated the first half and led 34-12 at halftime before outscoring the Eagles 32-20 in the second half to win by 34.
Macie Schillinger had 16 points and Breanna Ackley added 14 for the Tigers.
Stratford hosts Marathon on Saturday and plays at Auburndale on Thursday to finish its regular-season schedule.
