STEVENS POINT – Maggie Field shot a 46 to lead the Marshfield girls golf team at the sixth Clover Valley Conference golf meet of the season Tuesday at Stevens Point Country Club.
The Tigers finished tied for fifth with Wisconsin Rapids, two points out of fourth behind Stanley-Boyd.
Sara Sturomski had a 50, Savannah Shortess shot a 57 and Macy Fitzgerald had a 68 for the Tigers.
Eau Claire Regis won its sixth straight Clover Valley meet with a 182, one shot better than Osseo-Fairchild.
Addie Vold of Osseo-Fairchild was the meet medalist with a 40, one shot ahead of Eau Claire Regis’ Katie Pokrandt.
The seventh and final Clover Valley meet is Thursday at Osseo Country Club. The conference meet will be held Sept. 23 at Pine Valley Golf Course in Marathon.
