The 2019 WIAA Baseball Tournament was held Tuesday, June 11, through Thursday, June 13, at Fox Cities Stadium in Grand Chute on the west end of Appleton.
Four state champions were crowned on Thursday.
Eau Claire North took the Division 1 championship, beating Sun Prairie 5-4. North, appearing in its 13th state tournament, won its second title to go along with one in 2011.
Antigo won the Division 2 title game, beating Union Grove 8-3, and Stratford took the Division 3 championship game with a 9-4 win over Markesan. The state title is the first for both Antigo and Stratford.
Webster finished off an undefeated 30-0 season by blasting Mineral Point 11-1 in the Division 4 title game. Webster won the Division 3 title a year ago.
