GREENWOOD – Auburndale swept three matches to take first place at the Greenwood Volleyball Quadrangular on Thursday night.
The Apaches beat Stanley Boyd 26-24, 25-16; Lincoln 25-19, 25-14; and Greenwood 25-12, 25-22, to finish 3-0.
Isabelle Hilber and Katie Helminiak each had 15 kills, Natalie Aue had 13 kills and 13 digs, and Madison Krings had 22 digs to lead Auburndale.
Georgi Schmutzer had 50 assists and five aces, and Hilber had six aces for Auburndale.
Auburndale opens its Marawood Conference season Tuesday at home against Wisconsin Rapids Assumption.
