ABBOTSFORD – The Auburndale volleyball team won all three of its matches at the Marawood North-South Crossover Meet on Saturday at Abbotsford High School.
Auburndale came from behind in two of the matches. The Apaches beat Abbotsford 19-25, 25-22, 15-10; Chequamegon 25-7, 25-9; and Athens 17-25, 25-23, 15-6.
Georgi Schmutzer had 58 assists and 17 digs, Katie Helminiak had 22 kills and 20 digs, and Madison Krings had a team-high 21 digs for Auburndale in its three matches.
Maggie Willfhart added 17 digs, Natalie Aue had 17 kills, and Kendra Zieher had 12 kills for the Apaches.
Auburndale plays its final Marawood Conference South Division match Tuesday at Wausau Newman Catholic.
