MARSHFIELD – Addison Baierl scored 15 of her game-high 21 points in the first half to lead the Columbus Catholic girls basketball team to a 77-23 win over Granton on Tuesday night at Columbus Catholic High School.
The Dons pulled out to a 31-12 lead by halftime and put the game away by holding Granton to 11 points in the second half.
Columbus Catholic is now 3-3 overall and 2-1 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division. Granton falls to 0-6 and 0-3 in conference play.
Emmalee Jicinsky added 10 points for the Dons.
Kristin Strey led Granton with 13 points.
