MARSHFIELD – Joey Goettl had 18 points and Addison Hill scored 17 to lift the Marshfield boys basketball team to a 53-35 win over Chippewa Falls in a nonconference game Monday night at Marshfield High School.
Goettl and Hill combined to go 13-for-22 from the field, with Goettl making four 3-pointers and Hill two in the win.
Sam Hinson also had two 3-pointers and chipped in eight points for the Tigers (5-5).
Peyton Rogers-Schmidt scored 15 points and had seven rebounds for Chippewa Falls.
Marshfield returns to action Friday at home against Wausau East.
