KRONENWETTER – Alex Edwards had a pair of goals and Wyatt Drexler made eight saves, including one on a penalty kick, to lift the Marshfield Columbus Catholic soccer team to a 4-1 nonconference win over Northland Lutheran on Saturday afternoon at Northland Lutheran High School.
Alex Edwards and Kellen Delaney scored goals in the first half to help the Dons build a quick 2-0 lead.
After Devin Pahl scored for Northland Lutheran (2-2), Drexler saved a shot on a penalty kick that would have tied the game and Columbus Catholic held on to its one-goal lead going into halftime.
