AUBURNDALE – Three Auburndale players scored in double figures as the Eagles rolled to a 71-39 win over Edgar in a Marawood Conference South Division girls basketball game Tuesday night at Auburndale High School.
Annamarie Aue had 17 points, Hailey Grimm scored 16 and Kaitlyn Kundinger chipped in 12 points for Auburndale, which remains undefeated at 4-0 overall and in the Marawood Conference South Division.
Makenna Guden scored 20 points to account for more than half of Edgar’s points. The Wildcats are now 1-2 overall and in the Marawood South.
Both teams return to action Friday. Auburndale hosts Phillips in a Marawood crossover game, while Edgar will play a nonconference game at Loyal.
