MARSHFIELD – Nick Urban had a hat trick to lead the Marshfield boys hockey team to a dominating 8-0 win over Merrill/Wausau East on Friday night at the Marshfield Ice Arena.

Sawyer Schindler and Payton Smith each added a pair of goals for the Tigers, who are now 2-1 overall and 2-0 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference.

Merrill/Wausau East drops to 0-5 and 0-4 in conference play.

Cole Halvorsen saved all 15 shots he saw in goal for Marshfield.
