The Marshfield High School and Auburndale High School girls cross country teams earned Academic All-State honors for the 2020 season via the Wisconsin Cross Country Coaches Association.

Academic All-State award winners are awarded to individuals who qualify for the WIAA State cross country meet and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale for 10th, 11th, 12th graders and for ninth graders have a 3.5 GPA at the end of the first quarter. Teams earn Academic All-State by taking the average of the top five GPAs on any WIAA State cross country qualifying team. The team average must be higher than 3.4.

Marshfield had a cumulative GPA of 3.84 and Auburndale had a 3.78 to earn all-state honors on the team list. This marks the sixth year in a row the Auburndale girls made the list.
