AUBURNDALE – Auburndale’s quest for a second straight trip to the WIAA State Girls Volleyball Tournament got off to a good start on Tuesday.
The Apaches beat Stanley-Boyd 25-16, 25-23, 23-25, 25-21 in a Division 3 regional quarterfinal at Auburndale High School. The No. 3-seeded Apaches will take on No. 2 Spencer on Friday night at Spencer with a trip to Saturday’s regional final on the line.
