PRENTICE – Stratford ripped 14 hits and walked a dozen times, cruising to a 22-3 win over Prentice in a nonconference softball game Thursday.
Stratford scored multiple runs in all five at-bats to finish off the win via the 10-run rule.
Ally Zuleger earned the win, striking out four in five innings, and she also walked twice and scored two runs for Stratford.
Tessa Miller and Megan Wiese each had three hits, with Wiese scoring four times and Miller driving in three.
Tessa Berg had a hit, two walks and scored five times, and Bailey Linzmeier and Sydney Busche each had two hits and three runs scored in the victory for the Tigers.
Stratford hosts Phillips at 4:45 p.m. Friday at Hilgeman Field.
