OWEN – Andrew Sieracki had a pair of doubles and drove in three to lift the Spencer baseball team to an 8-1 win over Owen-Withee on Friday.
Chase Higgins threw a complete-game two-hitter, striking out 10 and walking just one for the Rockets, who won for the second day in a row and evens their record in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division at 5-5 (5-9 overall).
Dom Post added three hits, and Higgins and Kyler Bainer each had two hits and two RBIs for Spencer.
The Rockets host Ladysmith for a nonconference game Monday.
