MARSHFIELD – Dorci Walker zeroed in on the program’s all-time kill record as the Columbus Catholic volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 win over Owen-Withee in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division match Thursday night at Columbus Catholic High School.
Walker had 22 kills, eight digs and three service aces to lead the way for the Dons, who are now 3-0 in the Cloverbelt East. Walker stands five kills away from the all-time school record in the offensive category.
Courtney Sommer had 16 assists and seven kills, Jenna Kibbel added 10 digs and eight kills, Izzy Hoglund had a team-high 14 digs, and Lily Stratman chipped in 15 assists for Columbus Catholic.
Owen-Withee falls to 2-1 in conference play.
Columbus Catholic returns to action Saturday at the Medford Invitational.
