MARATHON – The Stratford volleyball team wrapped up its regular-season schedule with a 3-0 loss to Prentice in a Marawood Conference crossover match Tuesday at Marathon High School.
Prentice won 25-18, 25-19, 25-22, to improve to 14-11 this season. Stratford falls to 8-18.
Megan Wiese had nine kills and eight digs, Ally Zuleger had 16 assists, Hailey Chapel had five kills and 11 assists, and Kalyn Schueller had seven digs for Stratford.
Stratford will begin WIAA postseason play next week. Playoff brackets will be released Wednesday night.
