PHILLIPS – Blake Raab struck out 10 in a complete-game effort to lead the Auburndale baseball team to an 11-3 win over Phillips on Tuesday at Phillips High School.
Raab allowed just one walk, scattered nine hits, and gave up two earned runs to pick up the win for the Eagles, who are now 12-8 this season. He also knocked in two runs.
Aden Cherney went 3-for-5, and Conner Brandl added two hits and two RBI in the victory.
Auburndale will be off until Monday when it plays at Iola-Scandinavia at 4:30 p.m.
