MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Columbus Catholic soccer team extended its winning streak to seven with a 4-0 shutout of Three Lakes/Phelps in a nonconference matchup Tuesday at Griese Park.
Alex Edwards had a hat trick and assisted on the Dons’ other goal by Grant Olson.
Columbus dominated play, outshooting Three Lakes/Phelps 26-6 with 11 corner kicks.
Lucas Kreklau saved both shots that came his way in goal for the Dons (8-1).
Columbus Catholic returns to action Thursday with a Central Wisconsin Conference game at Wausau Newman Catholic.
