Columbus Catholic boys basketball rolls to road win at Greenwood

GREENWOOD – Nine different Marshfield Columbus Catholic players scored as the Dons rolled to a 69-43 win over Greenwood in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division boys basketball game Tuesday night at Greenwood High School.

The Dons improve to 15-7 overall and 10-3 in the Cloverbelt East, while Greenwood falls to 2-19 overall and 2-11 in the conference.

Blake Jakobi made four 3-pointers and scored 18 points, and Calvin Birkauser had three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points for the Dons.

Columbus Catholic made 11 3-pointers in the win.

Columbus Catholic hosts Gilman on Friday in its final conference game.
