WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Marshfield Middle School girls tennis team continued its hot streak by winning a quadrangular at Wisconsin Rapids Middle School on Thursday.
The Tigers finished with 10 wins, Wisconsin Rapids had six, Assumption won five and Stevens Point Ben Franklin had two.
Doubles winners for Marshfield included the teams of: Ava Hoffman and Evie Bennett; Avery Stichert and Sylvia Lee; Vanessa Holtey and Isabelle Jennings; Evelyn Fredrick and Nileya Carrera; Hoffman and Allison Gingery; Stichert and Katie Ridgway; Gideon Jones and Lee; and Fredrick and Isabella Cui.
Carerra also picked up a win in singles for the Tigers.
Marshfield will play at Antigo on Tuesday.
