RHINELANDER – Marshfield had one runner-up team and five third-place finishes as it placed third at the Rhinelander Hodag Boys Swimming Relays on Saturday at Rhinelander High School.
Bay Port won eight of the 10 events and took the team title with 132 points, three more than Rhinelander. Marshfield was third with 72.
The 3×50-yard mixer relay team of Joshua Peters, Carson Klumb and Kevin Buth finished second for the Tigers’ top finish, swimming in a time of 1:23.38.
Marshfield hosts Wausau East for a Wisconsin Valley Conference dual meet on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
