MARATHON – Marathon defeated Auburndale 51-38 in a battle of Marawood Conference South Division boys basketball co-leaders Friday night at Marathon High School.
The Raiders, ranked third in Division 4 in the latest Wissports.net State Coaches Poll, improve to 11-0 and 6-0 in the Marawood South with the victory. Auburndale, ranked 12th, falls to 8-2 and 5-1 in conference play.
