WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Marshfield girls basketball team kept its perfect Wisconsin Valley Conference record intact with a 59-27 rout of Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday night at Lincoln High School.
The Tigers rolled out to a 27-12 lead by halftime and kept the peddle down the rest of the way to finish off the victory and improve to 11-6 overall and 7-0 in the WVC.
Ashley Grancrovitz scored 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Emma Ridgway added 10 points and five boards in the win for Marshfield.
Wisconsin Rapids falls to 5-11 and 4-3 in the conference.
Marshfield hosts D.C. Everest on Friday at 7:15 p.m.
